Airbon reimagines air travel around India, making the airport an easy to navigate place. Travellers can web check-in, shop, order food, check in to lounges, order special services all at the tap of a button. What's more it is cashless. We were approached to design their Brand Identity, UX and UI for their Mobile app.
The design is currently being developed.
Airbon is inspired from the french word 'bon voyage' (AIRBON = AIR + BON (GOOD)). We combined a circle and an aircraft wing symbol to pollinate the logo concept. The circle projects a positive emotional message and also represents the horizon of the earth. The blue color evokes association with the sky.
The task before us for defining the UX strategy for Airbon was to have a consistent user experience across all air carriers. We researched the historical trends in passenger behaviour and defined workflows accordingly. A flying experience like never before leaving passengers with a lot of time to indulge in being pampered, shop, or simply work.
